today i promised myself i was going to ring the gp to arrange an appointment for wednesday, i've been putting it off and have been meaning to do it for weeks. and i need a new inhaler so i thought i'd do that at the same time. so i rings the surgery this morning and they say "oh you can't order a prescription over the phone anymore, you need to come in and bring a piece of paper." :| which i don't get. then she said "if you want an appointment on wednesday you'll have to ring wednesday moring at 8am. you can't book in advance to see the gp." 
grrrrrr!! i had everything planned out of what i was going to do and its just gone out the window now. i was so annoyed over it i ended up throwing my phone at the wall and then a chair. raaaaawrrr!!
hmph. okay. rant over ^^'
