if u wanna no signs just google it or sumthing.

my best advice would be just to always be prepared. keeps some towels with u in a little purse in ur bag and no one will even know theyr there. then if u do start in skl u'll be prepared.

i was really worried about starting in skl or sumthing and then all that happened was i woke up one morning and had started. not very exciting but i'm quite happy to be boring!!

yeh so just be prepared and for more info google it.

I feel xactly the sameas u and ur not alone and i get well scared and im not prepared but i will need to get my act 2gether and pk sum towels i may only b in yr 7 but thers nuffin rong wiv thatr is ther?????    ? im kinda worried now................ plz help!!!!!

Hello  dont be worried about starting your period there is some symptons i  will tell you them :

Stommache panis - but not everyone will experince them

Tender or soar breasts

more moody than usual

feel ing emotional - crying spells

NO there is nothing wrong packing towels its very mature of you  and least you will be prepared just incase .

Don't be worried about starting in school or anything. It'll be fine - teachers are very understanding! :) just come prepared - so take a few pads/tampons with you. There are a few symptoms of when you are due on, the main one being tender breasts, and maybe some slight cramps, and back pain. Honestly, you don't need to worry :) hope this helps. Good luck x

I started in school and it was fine, i was unprepared but my bestie friend (who hadn't even started herself) was and she sorted me out with towels and stuff. So my advice is tell a bestie or phone your mum on a mobile

Hey.
Try Not To Worry To Much.. When Your Body's Ready You Will Start, Some People Dont Start For Ages, Some Start Earlier Then Others. Theres Nothing To Be Worried About.. Its Good To be Prepared and Pack Towels So Your Ready Yourself.. When Its Happens It Happeneds, Some Aren't Very heavy Atall On There First, You Wont Even Realise.. But Like i said Be Prepared Just in Case.. Good Luck, And Don't Panic, Everyone Goes Through It .. Keep Smiling!
