even if it's not anorexia, it's clear something is wrong and it's a good start you're identifying problems. the best thing to do is confide in someone - i know easier said than done. the best people are your parents and/or your doctor
it sounds as though you need help, and fast. it's a lonely road and a rather long one so try to get out of it as quickly as possible
as for gaining the weight, i know definitely easier said than done(!), eat a little more each day and monitor the amount you eat.... try to get someone else to do this for you.
it's going to be hard, but if you can do it without hospitals and inpatients etc, then it's a lot better. keep smiling. you can do this :)
