I havent eaten proparly since september, the begging of school and now have only one meal a day which feels me up, because im use to it. This all started because i was scared that by eating i was wasting money and now i cant eat more than one meal. I can feel my body geting weaker but i cant help it and i still feel guilty for eating but how do i get back into a normal eating routine ??
