You are v.v.v.v.v. brave posting your problems.And I know that you are now in this problem ( habbit ) , that it is very difficult to get out of,say well...when you've had a late night you go to bed at say 12:30 and you are woken up at 6:30 in the mornin by your mum and told you have to get up,you'd struugle to get out of bed...cause you were so tired...would'nt you?And the only way to solve that problemo is by going to bed earleyer.And this how yo will have to get out of your habbit...now if you say your only havin 1 meal a day dont go strait to havin 3 meals,you have to work your system solowley back to where its ment to be,start drinking lots of water keep on the 1 meal for a week then the next 2 weeks after that start eatin 2 meals but eat them slowly and also eats sweets and then hopfully your be back to your normal self.
