I wouldnt say that there was a specific amount which you should weigh. At 11 you're still growing and changing, after all - your weight has to change as well as your height, etc. Also, remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so it would be difficult to properly know how much you are 'supposed' to weigh, especially if you're an athletic person, or have been recently (in the past few years).
You should really eat at least one meal a day though - I know they say 3, but I know what it's like to not have an appetite sometimes, but if you don't eat and then eat some other time, your body won't know what is the average and your metabolism won't work as efficiently.
