Speaking biologically and stereotypically, 8 stone is pretty close to the optimum weight of your height and age, if slightly on the light side. Weights do differ from person to person depending on a number of factors such as lifestyle and build, but the main thing you need to be concerned with is your health.
Whether you weigh 8 stone or 10 stone or anything else, if you're healthy then you're healthy. Some of the world's fittest and most healthy people would be considered as 'heavy' if going by weight alone, and you need to keep in mind the fact that weight is not always a reliable indicator of a person's physical wellbeing.
Step back, take a look at where you stand physically in terms of fitness, nutrition etc. and try to get a good, honest idea as to whether or not you actually NEED to lose weight. Personally it doesn't sound to me like you do.
