
For about 5 or so years i've been battling with an eating disorder. I would say know, i am probably the strongest i've ever been. But as soon as i've got back to school, and the stress and work has piled up i have skipped breakfast at lunch completely. I will try to avoid anything at school, mainly due to my emotions and how i feel uncomfortable with eating near friends. It all sounds strange but i am a perfect weight now but i just naturally skip them during school :/ help please x
