    Hi. One day I was getting ready to going out and I tried on a few outfits and all I could see was fat, I really want to loose weight but I don't know how to. I eat when i'm sad which is a lot of the time and theres nothing I can do about it. :[ I feel so fatt and its really upsetting me everyday i get dressed i look in the mirror and all i see is a ugly fat girl which ruins my day because i think about it for the rest of the day  :[ I cant handle it annymore it hurts too much , ive tried dieting but it never lasted i need to loose weight fast!  :[ Any advicee is really appreciated x

    Please dont put yourself down, you will only make yourself worse!! try changing your diet if you are eating unhealthy food. Have a eating plan, eat fresh fruit and veg, and try do some exercise. Why dont you try dancing when you are feeling down, it helps me and i get a lot of exercise out of it. Go out , enjoy lifer and try not to feel down, i know its very hard sumtimes, but distract yourself  and do some fun activity. You shouldnt relli think about how down you feel. The more you say you are fat (which maybe your not!) the more down and sad you feel.

    you should at leat for an hour a day, do some  different sport activity or just go for a walk in tha park and get some fresh air. Doing this you will find there may be more fun activities you like doing that you didnt be4. you shudnt cre wat others think, and feel proud for who and how you are. i hope this advice helps, and i wish you the very best of luck. tke cre

    Helloo:)

    Life will only be full of sadness if you are blocking the happines away :( Everybody goes through difficuilt times in theire life, but we need to experience things like this to make us mentally, emotionally and even physically stronger. Try to avoid DAWNING ON THE PAST and aim for the future think what you CAN ACHIEVE not what you Cant or what you ARENT. Maybe you could try building on your current daily diet if you feel it needs some adjustments, if so thing of 2 things each week that you can change.. Dont think to yourself Im fat, bring on the salad because whats the fun in that? Think this week Im going to have 3 fruit/veg a day with ( i love cooking ) Lean fish or meat and potatoes:):)
