Hey there,
I know this is hard.
I definatly think you should talk to somebody about it. You could talk to: A parent/guardian, teacher, school counsellor if one is available, older brother/sister, cousin, other trusted family member, or your GP. You could talk more to childline.
If you find it hard to talk to people then maybe you could do some of these things to help you stop:
-Focus on the effects it can have on your body.
-Try and find good parts of your body.
-Put yourself in situations where you can't throw up.
-Think how sad your parents would feel.
-Work out a diet plan so you can lose weight safely. Include a balanced diet. You can find balance diet plans on the internet.
-Excercise more so again you can lose weight safely.
-If you're eating out ask a friend to go to the toilet with you so you can't throw up.
