i was wondering if 7 and a half to 8 stone is really overweight for a 5 ft 8 inch 13 year old girl because im worried that that weight is too heavy?

no wayy bbe x if anything that seems really light ..x im that height too and im 15 and im much much heavier.. at one point i was 11stone and hell yeh i was overweight... but at a point i became just over 8stone and got really really ill ..x
just remember .. weight is a number, its not what your worth! as long as you dnt binge loads like me then when your weight suddenly changes (coz ur growin up) you'll be fine.. itll b hard at first when you compare yourself before and after but it will balance itself out if you eat the right amount of the right stuff .

Nope. You sound just right for your height. So you are not overweight. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Even yourself ;)
