I did that ALOT and I know how it can make you feel like a whale and I know not having friends or being upset with friends can really make you blame yourself and feel self-destructive.
Firstly, I'd suggest having a little something about the meal times. Especially breakfast as it kick starts your metabolism so it can help later in the day to digest your food. Maybe have a small lunch at school and then eat your dinner.
Don't try and do too much at once because that can make you feel awful. Maybe you could try doing something at lunchtime so straight after you eat you can do something that keeps your mind of your friendship problems or find a new group and try to distract yourself from the issues.
