I completely understand where you are coming from and this is a lot of the reason the fight to recover is so difficult. But having worked through all that, you have managed to beat it- so well done for that, it is amazing!

Please don't go back to your old eating habits- think back to then and how unhappy you were. It really isn't resurfacing the old 'thrill' of things, but I also get the temptation. It might be worth thinking about why you chose to alter your eating habits, this may have contributed to the thrill. Was it the thrill of doing something wrong, or losing weight, or a coping mechanism, or something else? Maybe you got rid of the symptoms but didn't totally address the problem.

Keep fighting this, you deserve to win.

    hello x

just think would it be worth all of the strength and time it took to beat your eating in the first place,, for the thrill of it ? x ask yourself :what would i gain from the diet ? the answer is :thrillx

what would i gain from eating normally?

the answer: a healthy longer life, more variety , be able to go out and choose more things without worrying , and not as much stress x

talk to me anytime at all x
