I recently started self harming, I have a teacher that supports me at school and i just emailed him telling him what i had stuoidly done and asking for help. Im scared about what he will say back, have i done the right thing? please reply asap ppls :) xx

Well First Thing Well done for posting your comment :) and you have done the right thing by emailng your teacher explaing how your coping and asking for help :D .....
I have been in the same situation as you but i dont self harm any more i told my teacher but what they did do with me was they passed the information on to the child protection officer but they did NOT tell my paretns the information will probs get passed on because your harming your self and the child protection officer must be involved if your ar risk of harm or your self harming but dont let this put you off talking to your teacher about your self harming and your problems because im sure they would want to no then you bottleing it all up and getting worse .
