i keep haviing this dream...it starts that im in my room and i hear a banging noise from upstairs (but the only thing upstairs is the loft wich is basicaly the junk room) its reely dark and i cnt find the light switch...i grope around in the dark trying to find the light switch but my hand hits somthing sharp and i can feel liquid on my hands, its to dark to see but i knw its blood...then this voice kepps whispering to me and its like "just 1 more slash on ur wrist..ul b happy den..u get to leeve this crappy world and sleep 4ever" i try to block out the voice but it wont leeve me alone... i try to wake up but i cant..and the voice wont leave me alone..and i strt to feel crazy bcoz my body wont let me wake up and wen i do wake up im usualy shaking and curled up at the bottom of my bed
im tryna give up self harming ..do u think dat mite be wat causes these dreams?
