every night I find it extremley hard to sleep. My usual times are 3am-5am, and I am only 12 years old and I have to get up at half six every morning. I get really moody with people at school, and at home. I cant concentrate on my homework or the work at school.
It's strange because the only time I'm not tierd is when I'm trying to get to sleep.I get dizzy alot and it's becoming rather annoying. I always feel mentally and phisically tierd. I know this sounds sad, but sometimes I just feel like bursting into tears!
I've tried everything, hympotism, meditation, hot baths with sented oils and lots of tips of the internet but nothing seems to work. I've tryed talking to my parents about it and they just say I'm not trying hard enough.
If you have any advice I will be extremley greatful if u gave it to me.
