it all started about 2 months ago. there has been a chain e-mail giong round and it is really starting to freak me out! its called 'they f*ked her up' and its about a girl that was bullied by some girls at school. one day they pushed her into a sewer and the police didnt know were she was,  but they aventually found her, her neck broken and she was dead. it then goes on to say that you have to send it to 15 people in fifteen minuites, and if you delet it, then the girl will get you, from the sewer, and make the same thing happen to you. i deleted it. every day at about 6 o clock i start to get a sick feeling in my tummy then i cant get to sleep for about 2 and a half hours after i get put to bed. it is really starting to scare me, and i have daark circles under my eyes because i dont get much sleep please help me!

Sorry about that hun, I hate chain mail. Used to scare the pants outta me, But think about it.. millions of people are reading chain main as your reading this right now, but they say stuff like ''At midnight she's gonna drown you in the sewer'' But there's only one girl, right? and loadsa people in the world that didn't send back chain mail, so how is she gonna kill you ALL? AT THE EXACT SAME TIME?!?!

Exactly, honey. You have nothing to be afraid of. :)

Chain mails are a load of trash. Think these things to yourself.

1: How is this ghost going to find me?

2: There hasn't been a single death explained by paranormal cause.

3: What is up with this tech-savvy ghost sending out a cool e-mail with her latest laptop?

4: How would anyone know you "broke the chain"? Seriously, you find me a gadget that can find if someone didn't forward your message.

5: If chain letters were true, I would have 500 years of relationship problems, I would have encountered a clown with a chainsaw 196 times, My mom would have been died a whopping 496 times, and some girl with chains would have attempted to murder me 30 times.

Chain e-mails are started by weirdos who get kicks out of scaring people and reaching anonymous fame. Delete all the emails you get that ask you to forward them. Including: Emails that curse your relationship problems (ooh voodoo), Emails that tell you you will have the BEEEST DAY EEEEVEEERRR (spongebob reference yay), or emails about death.
