    Here's a list I made to help overcome depression whether it works or not reply back to me :)

    Liz's list of Happieness!

    1) Always smile, it's hard to be enimies with someone always smiling!

    2)Listen and dance to your favourite songs freely, nobodies gonna tell u off for starting a party!

    3) Keep a diary, when your older you can look back and see whatever you wanted to see and it stops feelings being bottled up

    4) Try to interact with everyone and arrange trips to the local hot-spot, a bunch of friends are always gonna be there for you!

    5) Treat yourself, who deserves more than you!?

    6) Laugh along whatever it is, just keep feeling good¬

    7)Always get a good nights sleep but don't get too stressed if you dont!

    8)Eating fruit is a non-depressant

    9) Even when your perfectly happy keep checking back on childline to give your own advice

    10) Dont totally break down if something goes wrong , u can always bring life back dont worry!

    11) Do lots of sports and team building execsizes

    12) Get involved in clubs and stuff

    13) The buisier you are, the less time you have for feeling down

    14) Your never ever going to be the only person with the problem you have theres always going to be over 1 million children and teens in need

    15) Always look on the bright side

    16) Always exaggerate and give complements to others

    17) Always spoil yourself at some point , whos gonna be nicer to you than you?
    18) Dont forget, everyones life can be exellent!

    thanks liz this is a really great list! some of these things have actually worked for me too! another thing that cheers me up is reading happy comments on the message boards so im smiling now :)
