I know that self diagnosis is wrong and more to teh point it make you look like a hypochondriac, but i seriously do think that i have manic depression or something. Ive already been diagnosed by my phychatrist with PSTD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) But it just seems like teh symptoms are getting worse. I can range from really happy and making jokes to taking an overdose the next minute. I really dont know what to do. I dont have any control over anything anymore.

    Someone please help me

    Hello ,

I am like you . I have ups and downs what go back and fourth from feeling up then down the next , i have been told that i am suffering  from a form  of depression but there not sure as which one as i did no confind in my phycastic as we did not get on well so now i am seeing some one else on the 1st dec its really confusing for both of us beause we are going ups and downs all the time . Also its annoying if you dont no what illness you have  for sure as you said you have been dingnosed with PSTD and it might no be that . It could be many different things i looked on the latop on the intneret with my mum and we came across bipolar but i cant be sure till i tell them everything and see this lady on the 1st dec .

My adivce if i was you i would go back to my gp and tell them your concenred about your self as things are getting worse for you i am sure they will be happy to help you out as thats what there , their for also they may send you back to CAMHS thats if you use to go there , also u could talk a parent , teacher , freinds mum or another family memmber and you could take them to the doctors with you which will give u support

    Hope this Helps

    Take care
