i know exactly how u feel as none of my teachers care about me,and that makes me feel low and very deprssed but im only 15 and have exams coming up so i dont know what to do.Do u have any advice?

Sorry to here your having a hard time too im 15 as well . Yeah we are feeling the same things have you tryed to talk to your mum about how teachers are making you feel ?its very hard because we have are mocks dont we ? I had mine today and tomorrow but i have not been in school as im not well enough to be there and im unable to do my exmas as im so far behind with the school work etc . I had to have so many meetings with the school they did put support  in place 2 weeks ago but nothing is working out so now i have got to have another meeting on monday and i think they are going to singn me of school or put me on flexi - learning because i can NOT cope and the school cant cope with me .

Advice babes would be please try talk to your mum if you can not talk to her write it down for her im sure she would like yo now how you feel and how much your struggling , Another option would be to see your GP and get them to refer you back to CAMHS if you go there and thats where you got dignosed because they may be able to help you .

Or you could take a freind to the doctors with you what will give u support :) . if you dont feel confident talking to ur gp u could try and write it down for him/her .

Has the school given u support or put any support in place for you at the moment ? Because im wandering if they NOT . I will tell you support they could give u when your at school if this will help you ?

Hello Sorry to hear you going through a hard time too .

It must be hard as your mum  issaying that your been selfish and she will get a fine.  I take it your not going to school because of how your feeling have you spoke to your mum about how you feel because this might give her a better understanding and why you dont want to go to school ?

Have you seen your Gp and spoke to him or her if not this could be another option for you ? They could refer you onto camhs with speical trained mental health people what might be able to help and support you through this .

Or have you spoken to an teacher about how your feeling ?

If you where able to talk to your mum this would be great because your mum can access you support and help also she may be able to have a meeting at school with you and various people and they could put support in place ? i have ideas and support what the school could put in place for you let me no if you want to know what the school could do to help you ?

Your mum can get a fine if your not going to school but it would be better if you told your mum the reason your not going to school as your mum will need to inform the school that you are not well .

Your NOT been selfish .I think your mum is saying your been selfish because she may not understand what the problem is or how your feeling this is why you need to get seen my trained mental health person so they can help you and ur mum understand what your going through and how to cope .
