Hey im sorry to hear that that happened, umm i guess you could talk to a counsellor about it and stuff and i just hope you can find someone to talk to so that it isnt all bottled up inside but you can get a diary and stuff to write what your thinking inside so at least it isnt too bad :-) x

    hi

hope your ok, sorry to hear you lost your mum and uncle round about the same time, and telling from your story this has stuck with you! its hard to move on when you have just learnt to live with it and not had coucelling or bereavement for the loss of your parent/uncle and as children images always stick with us, your friends are the wrong ones to  be speaking to i'm afraid as they dont have the comforting answers you are looking for they will not know how to deal with it, i suggest you call childline to speak out and try get closure for all this you will be able to move on but with help i was 4 when my grandad died infront of me and still i think of that day and wonder if i could of saved him but being 4 there was nothing i could do i was very close to him but as i got older i just remembered him the way he was but because we get older we can learn to accept this happens and sometimes you can cope with it and sometimes it's hard but all these experiences makes us stronger and you have to carry on you will be able to carry on and live with it better you just have to seek a little help from a professional to talk about your thoughts and problems then you can put it to bed and re-build our life the pain gets easier but the memories will stay i hope this helps take care and im here if you would like to talk. xxx
