I really don't know- I'm sorry. I'm pretty sure they'll ask easy questions though and you won't be nervous after a few minutes. Try not to worry about it an snuggle up with crisps or whatever and a DVD =) I think you'll be able to choose whether your mum comes in- you'll be allowed to do it alone anyhow, at least I would think so...have you asked your mum about it?

    Don't worry *hugs*

    hi babe

Your parents come with you the first time but after that you can go on ur own. They'll also ask them questions about your childhood etc but then they wait outside and u talk about things that u may have found hard to say in front of them. They are nice so don't worry, remember they only want to help you sweetie, alright!

So take care and good luck xxxxxxxx

i go to camhs regulary on the first session your mum comes along and they ask her lots of questions about when you were young etc. stuff you wouldnt paticulary remember / know. then in mine appointment the counsellor asked my mum to leave the room and had a quick chat to me .But because im really shy she gave me a questionaire instead but still asked a few questions. If they ask about suicide and self harm (if you do / did) but that might just be me as i self harm. They also make sure your safe at home and stuff like that. Its not that bad you can read a book or sit there and draw which is what i do. Afterwards they decide if you need to see them regulary or if they can discharge you . Hope for the best xx

Hello I go to CAMHS as well i understand your nerovous but dont worry you will be okay they probley would ask questions how you feel and wht your thinking but you have to tell them the onhist truth so they can help and dignose you . This is the first hardest step telling them the onhist truth about how your feeling inside your head i was really scared at first and it took me a year to tell them but about 2 weeks ago i prety much told them everything and they where happy i told them they said to me that i done well and they would be able to help me alot more .

You can choose if your mum goes in with you or not , if its your first appoiment there normally your mum would have to go in with you .
