Im 12 and i felt the same way when i was 11, and i still do now. you need to forget about your ex, there are plenty other boys that u will fancy and that will fancy u. Try and talk to your parents/parent or sibling/siblings before bed. In bed, u tend to think about things more as theres nothing else to do. Try not to worry, and if theres something that suddenly comes into your head that your worrying about for the next day, quikly write it down and what u can do. I keep sulutions list, where i write down sulutions to all my worrys, if ur stuck for ideas ask ur mum/dad. I find that the more i tell my self im depressed, the more i am. so try and think abouts good things, but do talk to sombody. When i was 11 there was so much going on ( moving to secondary school, growing up ect) that its easy to loose it and get paniked and upset. stay cool and keep a diary, it really helps. You write down any questions in ur diary and then maby ask/show your mum/dad?
