ive ran away before, came home and found out dad didnt bother looking for me and spat on me and called me a horrible name. wasnt going to feed me or anything. lastnight i came home bit late and dad was calling me stupid and a liar and im not allowed out no more and threw my phone at me

i just want to leave or die. either way i wanna get out of this and dont know what to do.

That sounds awful but I'm afraid I don't know what to do either. However, get in touch with a childline councellor and they will be sure to help you out. It really isn't as scary as everyone claims!

hi can i just start by saying that tht is a realy bad ider i no that it is the weekend now but when you et back to school you need to talk bout this to anyone but a teacher is definetly someone you need to talk to i dont no if you have a ners at school if so they are the best to talk to (i know have a lot of experianc) and they will do somthing

but you need to talk to someoe pliz dont mack the same mistack i made
