Aww *hugs* I wish I could give you a hug that isn't virtual, but that will have to do =)

Sniffing nail varnish remover is bad for your health. I don't know all the damage it can do - but I know it can damage your brain. Are you addicted? If so talking to childline on 0800 1111, they will help you to stop and probably advise you to get medical help, if you're too nervous to do that try 1-2-1 chat, if you're too nervous to do that I can talk to them for you

Families usually do argue occasionally, and I'm sorry your parents aren't getting on very well...I don't know why not, but it doesn't mean it's your fault, or that they hate each other. It may be to do with money crisises and due to their own insecurity they want something to blame. Do your parents know why you stay in bed so much? If not you can say it is because of the arguments and if they will listen they will probably have discussions when you are at school or not to involve you. It's hard taking sides when you don't know the full backround and it's not really your responsibility (money). But then, it may not be that. If you know, if you want you can say.

So you don't feel you can talk with your parents? It's a pity that it will cause more arguments. Maybe when you have one parent, who is relaxed, you can tell them. You can talk to a teacher and ask them to keep quiet about the situation at home but they will probably have some interesting advice - they will possibly ring home for you while you're at school to talk to your parents if you want them to and they will probably be polite to the teacher. Childline can also ring your house if you want them to discuss it with your parents

Let us know how it goes, I'm going to click "alert me to replies," which means when I next log on I will find your topic again and reply, I should reply to you within 48 hours. I probably wasn't really helpful but I'm just saying that so you don't feel alone ^-^
