i hope my advice helps okay....feeling depressed and having depression is more or less the same thing, its just feeling depressed and go away in a few days but if you have been like this for several months or yrs - like i was - then you have depression..it just depends on waht ur actually depressed about. i know how you feel... depression is hard to cope with. Maybe you just need to let out to a mentor or someone you could trust about how you feel...trust me it better if you let out than block it in...cz in the end by doing that u will feel trapped suffocated in life and fall into deep depression and its hard to get out of it. so i advice u gpo back to school and if school is the rezon ur feeling depressed the tell a teacher or councellor why and waht is making you feel like this. gradually they can help you then. dont block ur worries let it all out and trust me u will start to feel relieved abd start smiling again.
dont bercome anti social: - like i did- as it lead to ppl hating me more, ppl complaining about me and then i started to believe life wud be better if i was dead, but actually life isnt so bad as u think it is. go to school, get an education out of it as it wud help with ur future career, dnt matter if you dnt feel up to learning but it will make a big impact on your life if you do. if you feel lonely, then go out socialise...make new frends,,,get involved in social clubs make sumthing out of your life. plz dnt feel so down im sure things wud get better in ur life......if u wanna tlk some more the u can rply back to me...i hope things go well 4 u and ur not lonely ok...take cre bye
