help anyone?

    last year i was told i had depression by doctors and counsellors, and since then everything has been getting worse, when i told some of my close friends they decided they dont want to be friends with me anymore and only have very few close friends, which made me feel more lonely, i havnt been attending school often so i am very behind on my coursework and stressed out about college next year, if i get in, i attend counselling but i doesnt seem to be helping much, has anyone got any advice on what could cheer me up or anything?

    hi

    i feel down at the moment ,helping other people and commenting on here made me feel better.

    Do things you like .(shopping, cinema ,be with family,join a club, relax,watch tv, listen to music )

    watch something funny like a comedy that always cheers me up .

    when i feel depressed and low. i put all my emotions into my street dancing and set goals for myself so i have something to concentrate on, sometimes helps and takes my mind off things. also helps my anger managment. do you have anything you enjoy doing like this? singing, drama, dancing. or a sportttt.or singing. if not you could join a youth club or just spend time doing your favourite hobbies? hope it helps.
