Every night I lay awake to at least 1am thinking and worrying about dying. I dont know why and i really need some answers.

Its causing me to have less concentration in class because of the lack of sleep and it also bringing on my panic attacks more often.

As a person i am genuinely always worrying but this is beyond a joke now, its ridiculous. I hate it, and yet there is nothing i can do about it.

Someone please help, Its taking over my life ?

I agree with what has already been said about telling someone. Often just getting these problems out in the open can ease your anxiety and worries about the situation- even if it may not seem like it at first. Could you write a list of possible people?

Naturally you will be losing concentration in class, maybe you could tell teachers you are struggling to sleep- not giving them everything but just enough for them to cut you some slack.

I understand how frustrating it can be to lie awake for hours on end contemplating suicide- it affects both your active and sleeping life. All I can really suggest is maybe researching sleep therapy and ways to ease anxiety on the internet and maybe using that to your advantage. I use writing to vent my worries and that can often calm me, I have heard about using lavender scents and having a hot drink can also help- but this is only temporary.

Take care, hope you find the courage to open up.
