Just wanted to let you know that all versions of bullying are serious. You were bullied and therefore that is classified as serious. Don't put yourself down just because it didn't take 'glorified' forms. Bullying can last a lifetime... even if the actions don't.
[Just in case you haven't yet completed the coursework.]
My bullying was rather unenjoyable, as can be easily guessed. (School) It consisted of hurtful comments and being included in all of the jokes that people were having. I was tripped up and my brother was kicked. Now, it is not going on as such a noticeable form but there are still cutting laughs at me and generally increasing my paranoia. (Home) Being told you aren't wanted and insulted, having stuff thrown at you and being threatened and it makes you go right to the end of your tether and you walk out in the dead of night... only to be stalked and have to return. It's great fun. Bullying makes you feel isolated and like everyone in the world hates you, you feel inferior and it destroys your trust in many people. What is said and the actions taken can allow you to lose sight of who you are and to believe those comments. You develop a false belief of yourself (apparently, this is what I am told) that you think is completely true and this is difficult to alter.
