I'm sorry. But well done for admitting your addicted! Some people can't do that. My dad certainly can't, but enough of that. What you need to do is gradually cut down. How many cigerettes do you have a day? 15? 20? Well pretend you have 20, everyday you go on as normal, but have around 18 cigerettes, instead of the full 20.. then cut the 18 down to 15 then get lower and lower, seriously, in the end, you won't want them. Smoking patches help aswell.
Try and remain busy throughout the day with alcohol, like if your a student, your busy at school all day, maybe join some after school clubs.. so by the time you go home, eat and get ready for bed, you'll be really tired and won't be in the mood for drinking.
