Hello i am very sorry to hear about what your going through your mum behavouir is VERY WRONG THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED . Yess its physical and emotinal abuse you need to tell somone such as a teacher who can help and support you with this they want to make sure your SAFE you dont have to deal with this on your own there is people what are out there to help and protect you and other children and young people from ABUSE this needs to be STOPPED .

It can be scary to tell somone but you are doing the right thing by asking for help and adivce if it helps you could even take a freind with you if you where to tell a teacher this would give you support and im sure your freind would want to help you.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL SOMEONE!

Its good to know that your trying babes its the first hardest step but your doing so well babe dont give up you will get there promise you . But you do need to tell someone babes cause you dont have to live with it ! 

Have you tryed taking a freind or writting it down for someone ??
