Hi there,
School work can feel really hard sometimes, and it’s natural to feel frustrated or worried if you don’t understand what you have been asked to do.
It’s important to be able to ask for help when you need it. If you don’t feel able to ask the class teacher, you could talk to another teacher or a support worker. If not, maybe a parent or carer could contact school for you.
If you’re unhappy with the way a teacher is behaving or treating members of your class, it’s important to make sure the head teacher knows about it. You could start by telling someone at home. It might be helpful to look at the asking an adult for help page on our website.
It’s ok to write a letter to me about anything that’s on your mind, although it could be important to remember that I can only reply to a few letters each week.
You can talk to a ChildLine counsellor at any time, they are always there to listen and support you.
Take care,
Sam
